Overview:
The microwave moisture meter RZ-260-Ⅱ for single-bale recycled paper, cigarette bales, and cotton yarn is mainly used in papermaking, tobacco, textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries for quality and cost management and control in the production process, and cost settlement in the process of raw material acquisition. The measurement method is non-contact measurement, which can automatically, quickly, accurately, stably, and continuously measure the moisture content of raw materials in real time. Product principle:
This microwave is a 2.4G microwave (can penetrate high density and mass), and the percentage of moisture is calculated based on the microwave energy attenuation generated when the microwave penetrates the medium. Water is a polar molecule. When microwaves of a specific frequency penetrate the material, the O-H bonds of the water molecules in the material will absorb the microwave energy of a specific frequency. The microwaves transmit energy from the microwave transmitting probe on the left side of the cigarette pack, and after penetrating the cigarette pack, the microwave receiving probe on the right side of the cigarette pack receives the remaining microwave energy. At the same time, a grating is added to start and stop the measurement.
The instantaneous total mass is calculated based on the change in microwave energy attenuation and two ultrasonic vehicle width compensation probes. The moisture content of the material can be calculated using professional computer system software based on the ratio of the total energy loss to the total mass.
Since microwaves completely penetrate the process material, all physical moisture can be measured. This is not only applicable to measuring surface moisture, but also to measuring the moisture throughout the interior.
This technology guarantees high measurement accuracy and precision. The color and surface structure of the material, water vapor and dust will not affect the measurement results.

1) The forklift driver takes out the recycled paper bag according to the automatic bag number and places it on the moving conveyor provided by the customer;
2) The conveyor automatically runs to measure the moisture meter;
3) After the recycled paper bag passes through the microwave moisture meter, the professional testing software automatically tests the moisture content of the whole bag. If two bags can be measured at the same time, the moisture value can be calculated one by one and then the average value of the two bags can be automatically calculated. If required, the moisture value can be displayed in the inspection area for recycled paper dealers to view.
4) The data is automatically stored in the industrial computer and automatically transmitted to the ERP system by the upper computer management software, and the process ends.
