Principle description:
Water is a polar molecule. When microwaves (AC electromagnetic waves) pass through water molecules (H2O), polarization reactions will occur. Polarization reactions will make microwaves do work, and work will generate (heat) energy. Energy dissipated is energy loss.
The principle of the whole vehicle microwave moisture meter is to calculate the percentage of moisture content of the whole vehicle based on the microwave energy loss generated when microwaves penetrate the medium combined with the height, width, temperature and humidity compensation algorithm.
The new product adopts the self-developed high-end transceiver control module and adopts a two-way transceiver mode. There are three sets of antenna arrays on both sides in the vertical direction for data transmission and reception, which is equivalent to the original 6 devices working simultaneously.

1. The length, width and height of the equipment are: 20*5*5 meters;
2. Operation mode: When the vehicle enters the moisture detection area and stops, press the start button, and the equipment scans the entire vehicle of recycled paper at a uniform speed of 40cm/s from the front position of the vehicle. Taking a 17.5-meter recycled paper vehicle as an example, it takes 43 seconds to complete the measurement. After the measurement is completed, the data is automatically connected to the required docking system;
3. After the measurement is completed, the vehicle can leave the recycled paper detection area. Automatic uniform scanning can avoid the influence of unstable vehicle movement speed on the measurement data.
